Case Study.
The pandemic reshaped the way buyers and sellers interacted in the real estate market, with one significant shift being the move to video tours in place of in-person viewings. During this time, I launched Michael and Mary's YouTube channel and filmed and edited property tours for them to share with their clients. Since then, I’ve continued to create high-quality videos for the channel and applied my graphic design skills to produce promotional materials.

Back in 2020 I created Michael and Mary’s YouTube channel to house (no pun intended) all the videos I had made for them. Since then, I have single-handedly filmed and edited over 40 house videos, most of which are public. What started off as a temporary solution during the pandemic, has since turned into a selling point for Michael and Mary’s services—treasured by both the sellers and the prospective buyers.
Graphic Design
I re-designed their logo; combined their four Facebook pages into one and designed a custom banner; holiday cards that accompanied gift baskets; brochures; business cards; and YouTube thumbnails.
