This was my second serious attempt at creating an adventure film. At the time, I didn’t have a professional DSLR for video; instead I used my GoPro HERO 10 and DJI mini drone. I debated including this video in my portfolio because I feared it may look amateurish, but it was nonetheless a developmentally significant project. It was the first out-of-state trip that I had organized entirely on my own. It was the farthest distance I had driven solo as well. And on the creative side, it was the first time I used drone while traveling. For these reasons, it’s important to include in my portfolio but worth mentioning that it isn’t my most advanced piece.
